Pedestrian and recreational pathway in the area of the Municipality of Ribnik
Pathway Juraj Križanić
Pathway of length 5,100 m (1.5 hours of walking) starts at the Old Town in Ribnik, continues through wooded part to the village Obrh next to well of brook Obrh, goes along remains of former curia of Juraj Križanić and leads to vacation house and OPG Paunović in Jasenovica, where you can take a rest and taste homemade products. Total length of pathways from Ribnik to Vodenica amounts to 11,800 m (4 h of walking). Since there are several shorter round pathways, besides the above-mentioned, e.g. starting at and ending at certain catering object, total length of pedestrian pathways amounts to 17,400 m.

Barać's caves
Exploration of Upper Barać's cave is organized under guidance of expert guides (Croatian, English, and German) who present within 45-60 minutes general geological structure of the cave, its origin, specific properties, archaeological findings, directing attention to types of ornaments and details. Cave is adapted to tourists and LED-lamps are used as lighting; total length of cave 520 m, it is a protected locality- geomorphologic nature monument and important archaeological site where prehistoric objects had been found (stone axe, bracelet from 7th century B.C., etc.), especially rich in cave ornaments (stalactites, stalagmites and stalagnates).
Cave Vrlovka
Vrlovka had been used by people as shelter from the enemies during ancient times. This has been proven by finding various prehistoric and Roman tools and remains of dishes (splinters, terracotta), even some Roman coins of Emperor Claudius II. Curious and enthusiastic, hikers and inhabitants of Kamanj arranged the cave for an easier access in rather short time.

City of Ogulin and its surroundings offer a unique fairytale experience through colourful and creative workshops for school excursions. Groups of children are invited to visit so called fairytale rout which consists of 12 locations. The complete route is based on works of Ivana Brlić Mažuranić, who has mentioned even in her autobiography that she found the inspiration for her fairytales "Tales From Long Ago" in natural peculiarity of Ogulin landscapes.
